Have you become aware of staff facing difficulties that you would like to support them with? Have you noticed that staff wellbeing has deteriorated since Covid 19? Are you looking for better ways to communicate with your staff? Or, maybe you have a personal reason for wanting to engage with mental wellbeing support?

Here at Coping Skills Workshops we run a variety of workshops which provide a wealth of coping and social skills to help people overcome personal and workplace obstacles.

Our empathetic and relaxed approach creates a safe and calming environment which helps to improve self-esteem and confidence, improve mental health and boost positivity. We pride ourselves on placing a high priority on care of our participants.

Although the website shows the standard workshops on offer, it is very much a bespoke service. Each workshop can be tweaked to include any particular aspect the client wishes to cover. One size absolutely does not fit all!

Although we can and do deliver our workshops on Zoom/ Teams etc, we find it is far more effective when delivered in person. This also allows us to “read the room” so that we can more easily adapt the delivery to what is need at the time.
